Programme Philosophy and Objectives

The Regent-Maastricht MBA is a joint AMBA-accredited program between Regent University College of Science and Technology and Maastricht School of Management, the Netherlands. The program provides insights into local and global leadership challenges. It provides the necessary critical tools needed for one to function as a transformational leader, as Africa works towards an authentic identity in the global community.

Employment Prospects of Graduates

Programme Philosophy and Objectives

The objective is to deepen the minister’s understanding and expression of the Christian faith and to equip him or her with the managerial skills needed in managing the church. The courses are designed to equip present and prospective church leaders with solid theological foundation coupled with well-grounded people management skills. A graduate with a Master of Divinity degree is well-prepared for higher graduate study with many possible specializations. Apart from the ministerial emphasis, the critical thinking skills and open perspective offered by this programme allows students to pursue professional degrees in a wide variety of fields such as counselling and education.

Master of Theology

Programme Philosophy and Objectives

As the church in Africa continues to grow in population and services, its need for qualified individuals with a competent background in church leadership is also growing. Recognizing this need, the Regent Divinity Department is offering the Master of Theology programme to provide those who hold a first degree in theology or religious studies and pos-M.Div. students, with an opportunity for advanced study and guided research in theological studies. The Master of Theology pragramme is a postgraduate pragramme designed for students who aspire to achieve a high level of competence in theological education and ministry.

M.Eng in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology

This two-year intensive Programme is offered by Regent University College of Science and Technology in partnership with the Faculty of Electronic Engineering and Media Technology of Deggendorf University of Applied Sciences, Germany. The programme aims to develop in the graduate, the skills that he or she needs to assimilate in a wide range of analytic, design and organizational aptitudes.

This two-year intensive Programme is offered by Regent University College of Science and Technology in partnership with the Faculty of Electronic Engineering and Media Technology of Deggendorf University of Applied Sciences, Germany. The programme aims to develop in the graduate, the skills that he or she needs to assimilate in a wide range of analytic, design and organizational aptitudes.

Admission Requirements

The following are the minimum entry requirements:

1. Possession of a relevant Bachelor’s Degree (at least 2nd class lower division) from a recognized University.
2. Proficiency in both spoken and written English.

Mode of Application

Each candidate is expected to submit the following documents:

1. Duly filled in Application Form – download from here.
2. Certified copies of Bachelors Degree and other relevant certificates (include notarized English translations if the originals are not in the English language.
3. Certified copies of academic transcripts embossed with the seal of the issuing university (include notarized English translations if the originals are not in the English language).
4. Two filled and signed Referee Report forms, each with a recommendation letter attached. The recommendation shall be given by persons who are well acquainted with the applicant’s work and studies and are in the position to judge the candidate’s abilities to pursue a Master’s degree.
5. A personal resume/ CV in English.
6. Two (2) passport size photographs.
