The University of Professional Studies Accra, UPSA Congregation Ceremony Schedule for 2018 has been released. The UPSA Congregation ceremony date, time, venue, registration, graduation fee and collection of academic gown details have been released. UPSA graduating students are to take note of this schedule.
The management of the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) wishes to inform all graduands and the general public that the congregation ceremony schedule for 2018 has been released.

UPSA Congregation Ceremony Schedule 2018
It is announced for the information of all 2018 Graduands of the University of Professional Studies, Accra and the general public that the 10th Congregation Ceremony of the University to award degree and diploma certificates to persons who successfully completed their programmes of study in 2017/2018 Academic Year will be held as follows:
Date: Saturday, 18th August, 2018
Time: 8.00 a.m.
Venue: Forecourt of the Joshua Alabi Library, UPSA
What the 10th Congregation will entail:
The following school and faculties will be presenting their graduating students:
- School of Graduate Studies
- Faculty of Accounting and Finance
- Faculty of Management Studies
- Faculty of Information Technology and Communication Studies
Registration for the Congregation:
Students who successfully completed their programmes of study in June 2018 and wish to be presented at the congregation are requested to follow the procedure below to register for the ceremony:
(I) Pay the graduation fee at any branch of Access Bank Ltd and log on to https://www.interpayafrica.com/upsa/student to disburse the payment.
(ii) Follow the link upsa.edu.gh/graduation to complete the process of registration on-line.
Graduation Fee:
All Graduands are required to pay a non-refundable fee of GH¢300.00 to cover cost of congregation brochure, alumni registration fee, printing of certificate, hiring of academic gown, UPSA souvenirs and administrative charges.
Closing Date for Registration:
Thursday, 11th August, 2018. No late registration will be entertained after this date.
List of Graduands: Available on all University’s notice boards and website (www.upsa.edu.gh)
Collection and Return of the Academic Gown:
Use your proof of registration and the interpay disbursement print-out to collect the gown from the Room 403 Third Floor, Students’ Centre, UPSA starting from Monday, 13th August, 2018. UPSA souvenirs will also be available for collection by all graduands. Deadline for the collection of the gown is Friday, 17th August, 2018 at 5.00 p.m.
Graduands are requested to return the academic gowns latest by Tuesday, 21st August, 2018. Failure to do so will attract a penalty of GH¢ 50.00 per day.
Attire:
Those to be presented will be expected to be seated at the Forecourt by 7.30 a.m. on Saturday, 18th August, 2018 in the appropriate academic gown preferably worn over suit/jacket with UPSA neck tie or UPSA scarf in the case of ladies.
Note: Graduands are to note that those who fail to attend the ceremony will equally be required to pay the same amount before their certificates are released to them.
