Requirements for Using GOtv Self Service

This information will guide you on how to activate your GOtv and Pay subscription on your own

• your IUC number,
• the surname used in purchasing Gotv and
• the mobile number provided.
• The IUC number can be found on your GOtv smartcard or on the red sticker under your decoder.

How to Pay Your GOTv Subscription

Paying normally:

1. Click on the Activate link
2. Select your State
3. Enter your Surname
4. Enter the IUC number
5. Enter the telephone number
6. Click on Activate

Paying through Mpesa

Note: Payment through mpesa is available for Safaricom subscribers only.

1. Go to the MPESA menu
2. Choose Pay Bill option
3. Enter 423655 as the business number
4. Enter the IUC number (On a red sticker at the bottom of the decoder)
5. Enter the relevant full subscription amount
6. Enter your Safaricom PIN number and complete the transaction.
7. The customer will receive a confirmation SMS. Multichoice Kenya will update the payments done via Safaricom at least hourly.
