Nation-Wide Payroll Auditing Begins.
The Nation-Wide Payroll and Personnel Verification Audit (NPPVA) shall be organised in the Volta Region commencing from 4th September to 14th September 2018. Enumeration centres will be created in every district capital to facilitate the exercise.
All staff on Controller and Accountant General’s Department (CAGD) in the Volta Region are thereby reminded to visit their respective District Assemblies with the following documents;
*Biometric Registration Form
*SSNIT Biometric Card (Original Card)
*Payslip (Recent)
*Appointment Letter (Original and Photocopy)
*Recent l Promotion or Upgrade Letter (Original and Photocopy)
*All Academic Certificates (Original and Photocopy)
*At Least two of the following National Identification Card – Voter’s ID
Passport
Driver’s License
NHIS
*Approved Study Leave with or without pay(Original and Photocopy of approval letter )
*Completed Bond Forms
*Gazette or Affidavit for change of name. (Original and Photocopy)
* Contract Renewal Letters for Pupil Teachers
*Any other relevant documents relating to your employment
