Job Description
Job Duties:
- Maintains accounting databases by entering data into the computer; processing backups.
- Verifies financial reports by running performance analysis software program.
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related tasks as needed.
Clerk Skills and Qualifications:
- He/ She should have hands on experience in date entry and working on accounting entries.
- Pursuing CPA will be an added advantage.
- He/ She should be able to do the reconciliation independently.
- Good Knowledge of Ms Excel & Ms Access Organization, Reporting Skills, Attention to Detail, PC Proficiency, Typing, Productivity, Dependability
