The University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) admits students from Ghana, the West African Sub-region as well as any other part of the world.

Students admitted to most UPSA degree programmes stand a unique advantage of completing their degrees with part or fully qualified professional certificates like ACCA, ICAG, CIMA, CIM and ICSA. The University has it as a policy of providing free tuition for any professional programme of the student’s choice.
The University offers scholarship to brilliant but needy students through the Vice-Chancellor’s Endowment Fund.
Barclays Bank Ghana Limited also provides scholarship for brilliant but needy students.

All applications are to be strictly completed on-line i.e.
- Log on to upsa.edu.gh.
- Use the Online Serial Numbers (OSN) and the receipt number to start the application process.
Online Serial Numbers (OSN) for UPSA are available for purchase at the cost of GH¢200.00 for Ghanaian Applicants and US$120.00 for International Applicants at the following sales points:
- Any Ecobank or Access Bank branch nation-wide
- Any Ghana Post (Post Office) branch nation-wide
- By Visa/Master Card/Tigo Cash/Airtel Money using the link http://interpayafrica.com/custom/upsa
Submit the following documents by courier to the address below:
- A printed-out and endorsed applicant’s declaration slip
- Certified copies of all certificate(s)
- Original transcript(s) of academic records (applicable to First Degree, Professional, University Diploma & HND applicants only)
- Birth certificate
